My name is Valeria, and I am the health and fitness coach at VDA Fitness and Independent Team Beachbody coach based out of sunny Miami, FL.

 

My passion is helping all my clients to lead a fitter, healthier lifestyle and realize that change is always possible with the right mindset, knowledge, and support to make it happen. We will begin by understanding that not everybody is the same so what works for me may not work for you.  It is understanding that many factors come into play. Some of us are under Stress, Health Limitations, Mental Health, Domestic Abuse both physical and verbal, the list is endless.....

 

I have been on this journey myself and know exactly what it takes, and what it feels like. It took me years to realize the reality of being in a toxic relationship. One that truly broke me after being told I was worthless as a woman... NO ONE SHOULD EVER SAY THAT TO ANYONE!!!! You bring so much value to everyone including yourself.

 

That ever since early childhood I allowed others dictate what I can or can not do. It is coming to the realization of knowing your worth and not giving so much power to others over you!!! I also know the joy of finally realizing who I really was, what I wanted to be, and that I could achieve it. I want to help you experience this amazing feeling and help you on your journey, too!

 

Fitness isn’t just a case of eating right and moving more: it’s a journey toward a better you and a better life where you are filled with boundless energy and motivation, knowing that you are the best you can be every day.
