Liift 4: Day 4 - Week 1

Today's Workout was Shoulders. Let me start by stating that my shoulders is where I first started seeing the results in my fitness journey so I LOVE Shoulders Day. It's my all time go to workout!!!


Although I LOVE doing Shoulders, I also struggle since I use heavier dumbbells. The struggle is simply the extra push to make me work harder and push myself past the words 'I can't'! Most definitely feel each rep and what I enjoy the most is doing them in front of a mirror. One I check my form but the best part is seeing the muscle flex as I do the rep. Seeing the muscle in action is without a doubt priceless and just can't wait to see further results of my labor.


As the day goes by I am feeling my shoulders a bit sore and feel I have limited range of motion. Though I make sure I use them as I normally would to keep the muscles moving. The joy is feeling the shirts tight in the are or feeling the bump as it is forming!
